Over the last eighteen years I have been involved in the jewellery industry as a sales representative and Manager. I have worked with two of Perth’s most prestigious and well respected dealers in diamonds and exquisite jewellery catering for a very discerning market.

Needless to say, because of the nature of our business, we have needed to use Security professionals on a regular basis but it wasn’t until recently that I realized what a truly professional security service is all about!

Ray, at our most recent event we hired your company to look after the security for the night. I was so pleasantly surprised by the way your people conducted their duties that I decided to write and tell you.

Your personnel were well dressed and well groomed. I felt pride (not embarrassment as has happened when dealing with some companies, in the past) that they were part of our team.

They were punctual and friendly, forever present yet unobtrusive and gave the impression that this was a professional unit ‘in tune’ with what we were about, ready to maintain the security presence which is so important when dealing with staff and extremely valuable merchandise such as we were handling on the night.

I mentioned ‘staff’ because as part of their ‘duty’ they made sure that all our staff felt ‘safe’, even to the extent of walking them to their vehicles after the function, something that I and my husband dearly appreciated considering the venue and the time of night we finished!

In short, I have no hesitation in recommending your highly professional, reliable, competent and friendly company in looking after the security of anyone in need.

Just a short e-mail to say how impressed I have been with your security officers on site at TNT.

In their first week, (during my sick leave absence) they have been able to manage our requirements, including the use of the tarmac sweeper, pallet counts and have challenged (nearly apprehending) 2 trespassers in the depot on Sunday morning.

All reports I have received from TNT staff and contractors have been positive. The guards are most helpful and enthusiastic when conducting their tasks and their knowledge of the transport industry is certainly evident.

The guards have certainly surpassed my expectations and I am sure both companies shall enjoy a excellent working relationship.

Security Intelligence Group – Belridge Shopping Centre We write with regards to the appointment of Security Intelligence Group as the security firm contracted to Belridge Shopping Centre. Lease Equity assumed management of Belridge Shopping Centre in March 2006, at the time of appointment SIG had recently commenced their contract at the centre in February 2006. As the property managers for Belridge Shopping Centre Lease Equity Demands a high level of professionalism from all of our contractors.
